At AMPM, we provide safe, supportive homes for children and young people who cannot live with their families or foster carers. Our Out-of-Home Care program goes beyond just providing shelter—it’s about creating a space where young people feel secure, valued, and supported as they build brighter futures.

Individualised Care
Some children need one-on-one support in a personalised care environment where they receive focused attention. Our individualised care homes provide a stable, nurturing space where children can heal, develop life skills, and build trusting relationships with caregivers.
Group Care:
For young people who thrive in a shared setting, our group care homes offer a sense of community and belonging. Living with peers who have shared experiences allows them to develop friendships, practice social skills, and grow in a supportive environment. Our 24/7 staff ensure they feel safe, heard, and guided every step of the way.

Trauma-Informed Support
We know that many of the young people in our care have been through difficult and traumatic experiences. That’s why our team is trained in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) and trauma-informed care. This means we:
- Help young people feel safe, understood, and supported.
- Teach emotional regulation and positive coping strategies.
- Handle challenges with patience, empathy, and respect.
