AMPM was founded by Thembe Moyo, a qualified Social Worker whose personal journey navigating the NDIS for her son inspired her to create a service that truly understands the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and children in out-of-home care.

With over 15 years of experience working with vulnerable and at-risk individuals, Thembe brings passion, expertise, and deep compassion to everything we do. As she continues to support her own son in accessing the best possible care, she ensures that AMPM provides the same high standard of support to every individual and family we serve.
